Which Monologue?

Which monologue do you guys like better? I wrote both of these. The first one I got my inspiration from a TV show, the second from a story writing contest xD

1. How could you do that? How could you give her... hope? You know what, there's nothing worse then hope. People die, but in the end we keep on going. Bad news pushes us down but we end up getting up. You want to know what hope does? Hope tricks people into thinking that there is still a light at the end of the tunnel. Hope makes people keep fighting, keep pushing and clawing their way up to the top just so they can get pushed down again, just so that they can break again, just so that they have to relive the pain, over and over again. That's what hope does.

2. Every time I close my eyes, you know what I see? I see his bloody carcus, mutilated, unrecognizable. Everytime there is silence, I hear his screams, I hear him begging for mercy. I can still feel his warm blood, flowing so slowly onto my hands, I remember feeling his pain, and do you know what I remember the most? Do you know what hurts me the most? That I liked it.

@pegasasu Jasper doesn't like the second one. It reminds him of pain. 😉
