Could it be that the name was edited after the post? I believe that tends to not ping a person.

@bubble_tree I think that's normal, but you have to wait for a minute to see the notifications. Sometimes.

But today, I open up a new tab for EC and click around. i stayed on one page for a whole 10 minutes and when I refreshed I looked at my Notifications, it said someone pinged me like 4 hours ago! 😱 I didn't get the notice.

And sometimes I already posted on a subscribed topic but after I post, it says "New post in ____" (the ___ is the topic) But I was still the last one to post.
