Okay, so I see a re-occurring trend on eggcave. People who have teacher who hate their guts! Including me! Here is where survivors and victims of terrible teachers can talk and give each other advice! My unfortunate story is my English/Communications teacher. Which is quite sad because English and Reading/public speaking are some of my favorite core class types.@GLaDOS

try to do everything right lay low and hope for a better teacher next time, if its really bad guidence counciler or parent teacher conferance, make sure the teacher knows you are making an effort in the class, be respectful even when they are ubsurd...Hope it gets better and know that this is rarly the students fault... good luck 😊

@balletninjaGood luck. I find that students that say their teachers "hate" them means the teacher has a greater, but different and unusual respect for that student personally.Perhaps they see bits of themselves inside of you and they just want to push to be what they could have been...

@jane Nah, it isn't constructive. No, I get criticism and that actually makes me happy. But she like yells at me when like turning around in my seat to grab a pencil I drop. It is everything I do.@hawk_fan Yeah, I am trying to smile and be nice while at the same time laying low. I pray next yeah things are better. I have heard that English teacher is bad, I just had no idea.

@balletninja what happened with your English teacher?

@balletninjaSometimes teacher are like that. They usually have deeper meanings. Best advice I can give is always ask permission XD

@briseis Today a ton of people were standing up in class and I was getting up to give her a paper for her to look over (everyone had to let her look it over) and she stared at me violently and yelled, "MEGAN SIT DOWN!" I explained to her I was taking my paper up then she rolled her eyes, but she was the one who blamed me wrongly? Later on my side of the room was totally quiet and she again yelled to me, "Megan! Stop talking!" I looked up at her and said," But I wasn't talking..." Then she said,"Then why do I hear your voice?" The people around me told her I wasn't talking then she told all of us to get back to work. I WANTED TO RUN OUT OF THE ROOM! Plus that is a class with a guy I like in it.

@balletninja I see. I've had that kind of teacher, but thankfully I've never been singled out. Normally teachers stay away from confronting me on anything, maybe it's because I'm kind of intimidating even though I always smile.

Teachers like that I cannot stand. Teachers play an important role in our world. They educate the next generation. Mistreating their pupils leads to negative consequences. People like that don't deserve to teach.
