Can you be an egg sitter?

Say someone doesn't have enough time to raise one of their eggs. Would I be able to have them trade their egg to me, me raise it, and then give it back to them with a possible reward in it for me?

What you're talking about is something that is purely a user to user interaction. This is not a site sponsored activity and there are no site mandated prizes.

Rewards for this type of transaction need to be worked out among the users involved, and are affected by the requests of each. I imagine that compensation would come in the form of some sort of LE, but I can't imagine that is would be anything terribly rare. Likely is would be a creature which was recently available in the cave, but if you have a large scale operation or can negotiate for something more valuable, good for you.
