Startiod is a frog like creature that lives in the darker parts of the ark forest. The light on its head helps it to bring insects to it. durring the spring the patterns on its skin shines in the moon light.

The eggs have to be hidden in the dark or else the light never developes. The eggs patterns shines brighter right before it hatches.
