It's just so fun.

Me & my little brother and little sister went to a Halloween party, and we each got a little bag of candy from the Piniata (I only got to hit it once because I was the oldest and last in line, LOL.) Afterwards, we spent like 15 minutes trading candy. There were "junk candies" that none of us liked or had way too many of (normal bubble gum, lemonheads), so-so candies (snickers), candies some of us liked and others didn't (almond joy), and amazing delicious candies that we each payed like 5 things to get (Cry Baby sour gum, chewy sweet tart taffy, Laffy Taffy).

Also, we were having fun with the super sour Cry Baby gum. We each tried one.

My little brother after eating one: "Oh, wow. This is sour!"

Me: "Goodness, this is one sour candy! *waves hand toward mouth* AAAAH!!"

Little sister: "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH IT'S SOUR *jumps around and runs around* AAAAAH *spits it out on table*"

@rosey77
How is miss the annual candy trade. I have five siblings-it can turn into a big event. Mom always got the Almond Joys and Snickers. Dad would walk past and swipe whatever he thought looked good without consideration for the owners. (Dumb "parental privilege") My youngest three siblings had a very small list of candy they liked, nice for the rest of us. Now us older three don't go trick-or-treating anymore we claim "older sibling privilege" and get free candy from all three youngsters. I get my favorite candy without having to do any work.
