Star goes for the neck, giving it a hard bite, which snaps a bone. Suddenly, Star yelps, but ignores the pain, guessing that she had stepped on a small thorn. She goes quiet, and holds the pain in. She pants and smiles.

Cassandra pants hard with the effort of the long run

Chrystal says, "Good job, packmates." Then she looks to Murderer, who looks unstable. "Are you okay, Murderer?"

Murderer shakes his head and says,"I must have hit that thing hard... My chest feels like it's splitting open," through gritted teeth.

Star looks at him and frowns. 'Well... My mother was the medicine wolf, and she taught me a lot of the things she knew. It sounds as if you may have cracked a couple rips...' She says slowly, thinking.

Chrystal sighs and says, "If it gets worse, you need to stop."

'So, what do we do with this?' Star asks, motioning to the dead elk. She sits down and licks her paw that had the thorn in it. It was starting to burn like crazy and Star could see that it at started to go deeper into her pad.

Murderer asks, "You okay?" to Star.

Chrystal smells blood oozing out of Star's pad. She says, "You guys are both injured. You should probably haul this carcass back, and replace yourselves with someone else."

Can you make a different character? Male or female, doesn't matter.

'Murderer, actually, I could help with your ribs. It's an easy fix, if you know what you're doing.' Star says, smiling. 'I also know another wolf that I can send over. Jackiar. I'll send him over as soon as we get back.'

Jackiar sits in his den, taking a nap.

Murderer says, "Okay." and smiles and begins to head back with Star. When they're away from Cassandra and Chrystal he says, "Star, I need to tell you something..."
