Decrease in happiness?

Yesterday my creatures were at 96 or 100 and now they're at 0 or 16 D: I lost Ladybird, my favourite creature....whats happening? D; I've fed my creatures everyday.

Edit: Put the remaining creatures in tims, is there anyway I can get back Ladybird? D:

If that's true it's definitely a glitch, you should tell Ian about it through a ticket and ask him to restore Ladybird 😊


EDIT: Just out of curiosity: what species was Ladybird?

Alright, sending Ian a ticket now- hope I can get Ladybird back D: For some reason I just happened to fall in love with Ladybird when she first hatched..

Aww I had a similar glitch some time ago happily none of my creatures died. I really hope your pet will be restored soon.

Sorry to hear that. From my experience they will not be able to get your creature back. There is a chance if you have that creature's number

Sorry about that.. But I searched "Ladybird" on the search box just out of curiosity and a Goblar came up.. It was in marielily's account.. Plus, I checked when it was stolen on and it said November 1, 2010! See for yourself: http://eggcave.com/egg/352412

There indeed was a random site glitch that happened that caused a small number of creatures to die.

Rest assured that this has been fixed and shouldn't happen again.
