Unseen tool?

I was looking on the help and FAQ page and it showed this link. I'm not sure if this is a tool that's might come out in V3 so that you can change the stolen date, or just the mods hacking again, or what. I am gonna look what was released in February 2012 though.

Edit: It can either be the Yuki, Crystar, or Corphex.

There are no plans to ever create a way to change the "stolen on" date and moderators do not "hack". Ian is the site admin and creator, which means he has the power over everything on this site, including the ability to do things that no one else can. He frequently changes his creatures to his favorite of the current releases.
