It means "Transfer, Not Trade." Users post that in the description when they move their creatures to side accounts so that people who see the lots will know not to offer.

Yeah, it's basically what @lykhaos117 said. They are transferring their creatures to a storage account they own, and they don't want the creatures to be offered on.
