Ringtail switched

This isn't a complaint and I am not sure if it is a bug or normal. When getting eggs from the cave this morning I decided to keep a Ringtail and after checking I spelled the name I wanted right, I adopted and when page refreshed it was a Mo !? I was wondering if this is a normal thing since the name no longer fits.

That's normal it's how mos are found they hide as other eggs, and mos are kinda hard to get from the cave. I've not found one in a long time, but you'll prob have to change the name tho.

Mo are uncommon creatures that disguise themselves as other eggs in the cave. 😊 It's not a bug, you just got lucky!

The same happened to me a minute ago. I wanted to adopt Dragfer from the cave and I got Mo.
