I would suggest listening to both of them. Warning, though, don't watch the music video, and Rise doesn't have any curse words, but one line says "We don't give a...anymore". Just in case there are rules to the music you can listen to. The rest of the song is good.

Oof! That'll be stuck in your head forever. xD I've been listening to Bring it on by Steven Curtis Chapman (great song, peppy and encouraging) and Rise by Jonas Blue (I think?) (Peppy and gets stuck in your head). I like to switch between contemporary and Christian music.
