I don't think that it DOES anything. Like every other item, you can give it to one of your critters and, since it's from the toy shop, I suspect that it's good for several uses, although I'm not sure as I don't play with those things, Sorry, I can't help more!

I use click exchanges to immortalize. I mostly use views, but if i'm trying to evolve a creature I'll use clicks too 😊
