lbowe_elbow has some in the TC. Or @monsterprincess33 has a leaf of vaka for 4.5 mil EC. (I suggest buying the one at 4.5 mil)

It us supposed to be 500k EC for 50 CC, but sometimes ppl sell it for 450k.
