i have my left leg splits (after a ton of stretching lol) and my right leg splits are about a foot from the ground xD also, if you swing your arms straight down and up and arch your back hitting your head won't be an issue 😊

also, for the backhandspring, if you stretch (wrists, ankles, back) before it shouldn't hurt at all 😊. you can try doing it on grass or a mat, or even carpet indoors. just lock your shoulders and think about not letting your arms fall and it should come easily 😃

i've only done an aerial on trampoline, i'm pretty sure i have it on grass but i haven't been able to try yet (we get a ton of snow and it's usually super cold outside xD) but what helped for me was kicking your back leg up really hard and running into it 😊

on floor i have back handspring, back tuck, roundoff backhandspring, etc 😊 on trampoline i have my layout, aerial, and roundoff backflips 😃
