Mmm yeah I agree with your friend pftaha languages allow you to learn and connect with people you never would have otherwise and its really wonderful 😊 my friends and I also act differently when we're speaking eng/chinese pftaha ^^ thats crazy though! 4 languages @-@ whew

Ooh yeah! thats a good point too ahaha if you learn the language you open yourself to a wider range of options to pick from since a bunch never get translated :> I considered picking up jpn for that reason but I'm really bad with learning languages so;; didn't really work out aha

Ooh nice! I've tried to learn sign language a few times before but I was always conflicted on whether to learn NZSL (where I live but a pretty small country) or ASL (used by more people bc the US is;;;huge but not used where I live) so I always got demotivated quickly :"D
