hii yes i got motivation to do gobblers again and am at 145 now but my apartment free wifi is SOOO slow so i'm getting better wifi installed on saturday no regrets i will make my comeback. how are u??

and also i didn't want my skin to get too dependent on antibiotics so this summer after over a year of nightly use i started using it less and now i use a serum from atolla which is also personalized but it lasts way longer (so is cheaper) and it's stuff like salicylic acid,

i used it for about a year and a half! it REALLY improved my skin acne-wise, but my skin texture got a little weird (or maybe it was always like that and i couldn't tell bc acne :B). but also it's kind of expensive (i think like $40 for a bottle that expires in like ~2 months?)
