the major re-release issues were caused by a combination of Christmas + Cash Shop stuff... and a time span gap of 2 years ('09 vs '11).
and yes, i am not planning on doing that again. but since the 4th is a minor holiday and it's only been 1 year, this won't upset
the balance in a major way like the Christmas re-releases did.

@piano_pokemon- Raskoon value is pretty high, so I think it's worth more than a Snolo with a SoB.
