A lot of the lyrics now-a-days have no meaning in them either. Older music was much more...thought through.

Well music has to do with what you're used to, if you grew up around oldies you'll like that more, if you often listen to new music now-

I like the newer pop and rap rhythms and tunes, but older music definitely has more meaning in it.
