It is true that newbies get rares, but I think people should be a little more considerate on what they give, because like @dreamer said, not many of them stay.
However it is always nice to give them a welcoming gift.

Most of this site is the good edge - about 99% of it...
but as you said, "We just need to all grow up a bit and think before we speak."
That is the one thing on the bad edge. That is the one thing that sometimes drives users away.
Users leave for other reasons...

It would be nice, especially when dealing with UFA creatures that users want to give away for free. It could be an option in the trading center; where you can choose from creating a new trade or sending a gift, and you could choose the creature and the user you want to send it to. There'll be a mess...
