@Pebblestar-nightclan Nope. I was thinking about the Nym earlier today, which made me dig out this topic and post about it. I really do miss it, though.

@dreamer: Wow... I hope you meaning "That's it. I'm out." doesn't mean you are leaving Egg Cave...?! I mean it's understandable if you want to. All my sympathies to you and Bioluminsecent. I am really sorry. As the artist of the Nym, it really makes me sad to see that one just disappeared. ☹️ Ugh. It bothers me a lot too.

*clutches my Nym Pendulum and gets wide-eyed* ~ Now I am a little scared for everyone's creatures.

Was it immortal? ☹️ I don't understand how that can happen! Maybe a glitch or bug in the system?

@Ian: Please check this out! Apparently it's a reoccurring glitch? 😱

@pebblestar-nightclan: It is sad. ☹️ I really hope no one loses their creatures. Gah.

Ian deletes tickets that ask to restore their creatures. I'm sorry that it died.

@linpug: He does? ☹️ I don't even know what to say to that. In my opinion, it's more than restoring a creature. It's investigating the issue because apparently it's a reoccurring theme and bug for some people. *sigh*

I just hope the whole big issue gets resolved. Especially if @dreamer's Nym was immortal. That would be really confusing. Even if the Nym was immortal or not it's still makes me confused and worried for the welfare of Egg Cave. I don't want people's eggs to disappear and die without cause...

@linpug @pendulum We don't delete tickets, no. 😉 We restore creatures reported into us that died for a legitimate reason (ie. site glitch).

There certainly seems to be a nasty little bug in the system and it's currently being investigated.

@zac Really? I sent in two tickets about how I had a blackout, and I couldn't feed, but I can't find it anymore. o.e

@Zac Oh thank you! Yay. I didn't think tickets were deleted without proper investigation. Thanks so much! 😸

@dreamer: There may be hope! 😊

Same here. I've had tickets deleted/disappear before but I assumed that someone already responded to it.

Reports are deleted from the system to conserve space after being looked over and dealt with. Other than that, tickets *shouldn't* be deleted without a response.

@linpug You're welcome to resend them, but Ian makes the final decision on whether to restore a creature. I'm not sure a blackout warrants that because it wasn't technically a site glitch. But, who knows?

@zac Ian revived @ninja's tine just because, no glitch, no blackout, no site problem. She just didn't remember to put him in tims.

@balletninja It's impossible to be 100% consistent, although we try our best. I'm just stating the policy. 😋

Right, I feel like I just got really lucky on a day that Ian was in a good mood or something.
I'm really sorry about your nym though </3 If I still had one I'd give it to you :C
