Ticket Problem...

@Zac told me to submit a ticket asking @Ian to transfer 7 creatures from this account to my side. (I can't accept offers because I have over 150 creatures.) But every time I open a ticket, after a while it says: "You have no open tickets." And there were no closed tickets either. They disappeared... 😱

Is there a problem with the Tickets? I need HELP! 😱

Browser: Firefox
Using: Computer

Edit: Tried AGAIN...same result. HELP?

Already asked the mods, but I'm completely ignored. At least, it seems like it. Or my comments disseapear o.o

I think it's when Ian already did what you asked or he already saw your ticket. I reported a hacker and Ian deleted the person's account and also deleted the ticket I sent about the person.

Were your creatures already transferred? or are the creatures still in your account?
