(Btw, where are everyone? i want to battle someone 😋)

Phoenix, gengar and pikachu where finally out of the viridian forest.
They continued to walk and where finally at the pewter gym.
They went inside and battled the gym leader.
He sent out a geodude first, so Phoenix sent out pikachu and let gengar wait for later.
Pikachu tried a thunderbolt but geodude was immune to it.
Geodude sent out a rock throw at pikachu, but before it hit, pikachu used iron tail to bounce back the rock at high speed.
It was a critical hit against geodude! Pikachu used agility to increase his speed and sent a strong quick attack directly at geodude.
Next out was onix and directly when he was sent out, he attacked pikachu with a tackle, defeating pikachu.

Phoenix sent out gengar next, and despite having strong attacks, onix was too fast.
Onix tried to use take down but when he hit gengar, he just went through him.
Gengar took this chance and sent a shadow punch right down onix' back, defeating him!

Phoenix got the rock bade from Brock, and he continued his journey.

while eevee was getting ready for the battle (its first) sakura looked down at her pocket with a really notice able lump in it.she put her hand in her pocket and took it out,not leeting nyone see it,she had a plan with eevee and eevee new what it was.

Haven't been here in a while >.<

But anyway, if i am going to battle gym leaders and continue as a regular pokemon story, then i need to have travel partners, right (that is what i understood from a few days ago)? But if i am just going to catch pokemons and battle, then do i need to have travel trainers there too?

Anyway:

Phoenix and his team continued past Peweter city (assuming i never battled the gym there).
They Continued to route 4, and found a jigglypuff! Phoenix sent out pikachu but jigglypuff used sing and put him to sleep.
Phoenix withdrew him and sent out gengar instead, but jigglypuff used zen headbutt and almost defeated gengar. Phoenix told gengar to use thunder and clouds filler the heaven while thunder fell down at Jigglypuff. Jigglypuff evaded the attack and used sing, putting gengar to sleep. But just before going to sleep, gengar ordered another thunder and it hit jigglypuff this time, paralyzing it too!
Phoenix threw a poke ball and caught jigglypuff! He later returned to the pokemon center in pewter city and continued his adventure afterwards.
