Well I wouldn't mind if it came back, since I am looking for a baby roo. Everyone is complaining about creatures coming back and saying that it won't ever happen because it had been said before that creatures wouldn't be re-released, well as I can remember the kinump egg came back and I think it really didn't mess up the rarity in the eggs that much because we are getting new user everyday.

In my opinion-again, just an opinion, not a judgement.
I think they should not be re-released, as much as I want one and a lot of other 'rare' creatures, I'd like to actually work for them, that way I'd feel as if I accomplished something, not only that, but it'd upset those who have traded a lot in order for them to earn one.

I'm still some-what of a newbie even though I've joined a year ago, I didn't have much knowledge to the site then, but now that I've returned I'm still what I'd call, a newbie.
Even so, I'm going to try my hardest to gain my biggest dream pets on here, starting off with a Foo.

And, I'm not trying to be rude or negative.
We all have a share in our opinion. Whether you like it or not, these forums are open for everyone to post, so when you're opening a thread, you should be able to expect other users to post. Topics like these are usually expected to have others opinions.

And it's really up to Ian whether he's wanting to re-release specific creatures.

If Ian does decide to re-release creatures, it should be once a year to one random person 😋

@totoro9113 ian already made it very clear that he's not re-releasing them.

Plus, that would be kind of unfair, no? The person wouldn't have to work for it.

Plus, it would kill the economy. It's kind of like what would happen if the Treasury printed out 99 trillion dollars and gave it away for free. The value of the dollar would plummet.

Just sayin'.

>.< Why do people fight over things like thisssss.

Yeah sure, everyone's opinion counts, but if you don't like it, don't comment and make the user un-happy or upset because nobody approves of their ideas.

If you wanted to share your opinion, why not a nicer way? Like you do with your friends.

RANDOM PERSON EX.: "No. Bad Idea."
FRIEND EX." "Well, I don't think so. But good opinion!"

I don't mean to start anything more I swear, but I can make my point, can't I?

If you can say something helpful and nice, say it!
If you can't, just don't comment 😊
Not saying that anyone was mean, just for the future.

Yeah, but what really sets appart a newbie from a oldie is an oldie is dedicated and wants to work for their pets and that is why they are so sucessful.

I rather him not re-release but I don't think we can keep making new creatures and not recycling. I dunno what to do ATM. But all I really want truly is a plot.

*shrug*
It just seems kind of silly to assume that releasing wouldn't work at all and would automatically cause well-sought after seasonals to lose their value. Releasing them doesn't necessarily have to mean making them easy as candy for anyone to achieve from the cave. Maybe it could be part of a plot or something. Who knows!

I guess all I'm saying is that I totally see where both sides are coming from here and that it would be cool if we could work this out in a way that would be both fair and fun for everyone.

People also have to remember that as the community grows, so will the demand for rarer popular creatures, especially like the Onny and Tine since cute, cuddly creatures like that seem to do very well on pet sites in general. They tend to end up on the top of people's wishlists immediately. Again, I'm not saying to re-release those rare creatures until they're worthless, just that it'd be cool to see what we could do with this as an incentive or a future contest/plot of some sort.

People please!
Now people are just calling her a rude newb...
It was my idea anyway.
I'm really sorry to @cynt5100, despite my age on @luvduv, I guess I'M the real newbie here because I BELIEVED someone when they said the roo was coming back.

Please stop picking on her, and @qwaszx I don't think she was trying to be rude... she's my best friend in real knife and I've NEVER seen her be rude to anyone.
The roo is her favourite creature, and please NOBODY tell me that she's not dedicated about getting one! It's ridiculously crazy how hard she tries and how much she talks about it.

It's not a crime to hope is it? If it is, then pretty much everyone in the world should be in jail.

You people say I'm being rude?
All I said was that it would be nice for it to come back. Then everyone is against me. that makes me a little snippy. Would you not be if everone was against you. ANYONE WHO WON AN EC CHRISMAS RIDDLE WHO IS ON THIS FORUM DISSING ME GETS NO EC!
Thats right guys. I'm riddle girl.
@cubexline
(girl btw)
thank you very much for defending me.

I kinda agree with Balletninja, but I think it's too early for them to come back and they should definitely not be in the cave. A plot would be an option, another option would be to put them in the CSP for at least double the price of regular creatures, few people would be able/willing to buy them so their value wouldn't plummet so much.

I have been worried about continually coming up with new creatures as well, at some point everything good will have been done and the quality will start to decrease. In that case I'd prefer rereleases...

Sure, I do because I don't have one. But it'll never happen. It would be totally unfair on people who have one already.

@cynt5100 I was stating my opinion and you were stating yours! I love Roos too, but it wouldn't be fair to users who paid a lot for them!
And I don't think you should not give the winners their EC! It's unfair to them because they just think differently than you about something.
Sorry if I offended you. I'm gonna go now.

@yougurt
you can shut your mouth because I found your comment extremally offensive.
I have been working extremally hard for a roo and just so your aware, I made another forum asking if someone would trade me one for less rare eggs. I was made fun of and dissed and bullied for that so exuse me for dreaming.
FOR YOUR SUPPORTERS, YOU WOULD DO WELL TO DO THE SAME! I get enough of this crap in the real world as in wenever i have an Idea NO ONE suports me.
@qwaszx
I'm sorry too

Hey, cynt, it's okay, and it's a GOOD thing you pinged yogurt wrong because I honestly don't think saying that will make you seem less rude.
It's tough for everyone here, and please people, she asked "Supporters post" can we stop the negative? If there are no supporters of this cause then let's let the topic die out, okay?
I think that bringing the roo back wouldn't be all that bad actually, because THEY ARE JUST PIXELS.
Rare pixels, yet still P-I-X-E-L-S.
Yet if these PIXELS can help someone's Christmas dream come true, why wouldn't we help them out a little?

And do go easy on her, I KNOW that this happens to her in the real world!

Hey guys, I think most users who care to post have comemnted with their opinions. I'd hate for anything nasty to come of this, so this topic shall now be locked.

Please remember that these are public forums and anyone who cares to comment can and should post their opinions. Users may not always agree with your ideas and you must acknowledge and respect this if you do decide to create your own topic.

At the same time, please be respectful and do not "shut down" a user's idea. It is possible to present a dissenting point of view in a kind manner. When in doubt, don't post in a topic if you aren't sure if your post may hurt another's feelings.

As for the original topic, we don't have any current plans to re-release retired creatures. We'd love to creatures in open circulation but, as many users have already stated, it is not fair to those who have been playing Egg Cave since the beginning.

Thanks!
