"It's true. I had it," Megan hung her head in shame. "I didn't know what to do! So I found out where Santana's office was from that girl, you know, her friend, and i was going to return it but...!" They were walking quietly down the corridors. It was late and most had retired to their rooms.
"It was gone..." Kelly drifted off in wonder. "What do you think of the girl?"
"Well, I've seen her around," Megan admitted.
"I don't trust her," Kelly said decidedly.
"Speaking of trust, I don't trust your Lucen to stay out of the cupcakes... I heard that that Gobbler dude got his hands on some, or at least Celeste hinted so." Megan smiled, amused.
"Oh, Lucen. I shut him good and tight in the stables: this time, there's no way," Kelly smirked.?Distant sounds of plates smashing rang throughout the house. Kelly appeared not to notice. "Celeste?"
"Yeah, I swear, nothing goes on that that girl doesn't know."
"Suspicious?" Kelly asked slyly.
Click, click.
Suddenly Megan stopped. "Hear that?" She whispered.
Click, click. Click, click. Click...
"What?"
Silence.
"N-nothing. It's gone," Megan almost sounded unsettled.
"Huh?" Kelly was lost.

"There it is again!" Megan grabbed Kelly's arm and yanked.
"Hey!" Kelly squealed in protest.
"It's coming from here..." She pulled her friend around the corner to come face to face with...

Red looked up. "What... Do. You. Want." She spoke slowly and deliberately, with the effect that it sounded threatening.
The sound had been Red tapping out a rhythm against the wall.
Kelly stared, then started backing away awkwardly.
Megan raised an eyebrow and put her her hands on her hips. "And who are you supposed to be?"
Red removed her overgrown headphones slowly and met Megan's gaze. "Me." Red scowled at them.
"Okay Megan, think we've disturbed her long enough..." Kelly laughed nervously and pulled at her friend.
"No way! Omg! I am like, your BIGGEST FAN!" Megan exclaimed, hugging Red. "I can't believe it!"
Red looked somewhat taken aback.
"Uh, Meg... What..." Kelly stared.
"Omg! Kelly, don't you know, this is the famous composer, Red Anbalack!"
"Red.... And black?" Kelly blinked.?
"... Excuse me..." Red said finally.
"Ooh, okay, but can I have your autograph?" Megan let go of the musician.?
Red sighed and scribbled it quickly on the paper Megan presented her. "Now please leave?"
"Thank you!" Megan ran from the room, followed quickly by Kelly.
"So... Do you think she was listening in?" Kelly asked, confused.
"... Definitely," Megan confirmed, looking at the signature.
