The Dream Realm ~ An Original Roleplay

The story starts with a desolate world, purely the shadow of another. Things are wrong in the world, everything that inhabits it is emotionless. This makes it seem so deserted.

This is the dream world, one day, you appeared here. You came with little memory of your past. You know basics; your name, your age, but you don't remember where you came from, how or why.

This is a scary world, a shadow man fallows you sometimes and people are empty. But you are not alone anymore, you have found other people who have appeared here.

:::😱kay! So the goal of this rp is unclear for a reason; it is up to you. Do you want to find out who you are and who brought you here? Or maybe you want to back to your world? Maybe something else?:::

RULES AND TIPS!
1. Be literate.
2. No perfect characters.
3. Anything in the ToS.
4. The dreams are like clips, you go from one to another by interacting with a certain object in the dream.
5. The shadow or gray man, is meant to be the antagonist. Anyone can help decide actions for him but he cannot be destroyed.
6. No god-modding.
7. If you plan on changing the dream to the next setting make it clear or ping everyone else.
8. Only one character.

Personality: She can be quick to anger, so don't make her mad.
But most of the time, she is plesant (enough) as long as you don't get on her nerves. Outspoken.
But she easily gets frightened by all these strange thigs that keep happening..... And the fact that she keeps hearing distant screams.....

@taffy789 Yes and no, you are all in the same room. You are all helping each other get to the next room and out of the dream, or whatever your goal is. But if it is a nightmare or something, it might not affect another person in the same way. Such as in a real dream, you may be scared of something but someone else might not be.

Audrey stood in the landscape, confused. She had been in this room before but something seemed off. There were people, not emotionless.

She saw them standing in different places around the dream landscape but she felt auras vibrating off of them. This was very different from the dream people who purely had blank expressions.

She walked towards one, sheepishly. She was scared of everyone in the dream realm. The people there might kill her for all she knew, and she had been close once to death.

A girl tried pushing her off a cliff here. She wasn't about to make that mistake again.

Asher narrowed his eyes, examining the strange, hostile landscape with distaste.
Where was he?
What was he doing here?
He must have... Developed amnesia somehow. Right on cue, his head started aching. The pain felt good though, because it meant he was alive.
Sort of.
It looked like there were other people here. Maybe he should approach one.

Audrey took the best course of action she could think of at the moment. She shouted at a few of them, "Hey!"

A few dream people around her looked at her scornfully. People were quiet in this realm, she had noted that the first time she had seen them.

She first noticed the boy with black hair showing honest signs of life. She walked towards him slowly, seeing his features come into perspective slowly. He was really alive.

"Hi, my name is Audrey. Do you need some help?"

Silic wandered upon the empty land. The icy wind blew against her face. "I am Silic Ezar. Female adolescent of 14." She mumbled. The only true information she knew about herself. Mists formed around her in the cold deserted part of the dream. 'What... am I?' She questioned herself mentally. A cold presence chilled her back as she turned around. Adrenalin rushed through her as black shadows escaped through the edge of her eye. Fear built up in her body as she took defense stance. A ghastly moan could be heard as she lost all bravery and ran.

Her eyes fluttered open as she found herself upon the floor. She gave tiny breaths of relief as she realized a boy and a girl a few yards from her. Dream creatures were quiet and didn't like to socialize.... but those two were. Maybe they weren't the average dream humans. She quietly righted herself and stood up, trying to blend in with the other dream creatures. 'Staying emotionless will be easy... the only emotion I'm feeling is curiosity....and pain.' She thought.

Rena sat up with a jolt, running her fingers though her long, silky red hair. (Yes, changing her appearence some XD)
She pulled herself up, shuttering. Why did she feel so...cold? Her skin was icy, and cool to the touch.
Then again, she DID feel very cold in this.... Wait, where WAS she?
She could only remember her name... Rena Winters.
It gave her warmth, knowing there was SOMETHING familar in this new world- she had a feeling she wasn't from here- , so she kept repeating it over and over in her head, not wanting to forget it.
Rena Winters, Rena Winters, I am Rena Winters..., she repeated over and over, the name crawling into every space in her mind like water filling a cup.
Somehow, the name leaked out intill it poured out of her mouth.
"Rena Winter, Rena Winters, R-E-N-A, W-I-N-T-E-R-S." Rena wrapped her arm around herself, and rubbed, trying to warm herself. The clothes she were wearing were just simple jeans, and a T-Shirt, somewhat tore at...
"I am Rena Winters. And I will get out of here...."
