I need help from anyone who plays Dragon Cave!

Well you're not guaranteed to get anything, but:

I have a dragon egg that only has 11 hours left of time, and I want to turn it into an ND.

Anyways, I'd like people to sign up to be a "catcher".

Here are the requirements:
You cannot be scroll locked (have so many eggs and hatchlings that you can't grab more)
You MUST be online from 10 pm ect to 11 pm ect. My egg will run out of time at some point in that hour, but maybe from 10 pm to 11: 30 pm jsut to be safe?
I'd prefer if you had a fast computer, but not required.

Here's how it works:

Okay, let's forget everything I typed before. xD Now I'm looking for people with several magi dragons so if my egg turns, you can transfer it to you account and then back to mine. 8D

Anyways, ping me here if you meet the requirements and would like to help me with my ND test!

And if you don't play DragCave, you are baffled by my words, I'll bet. X3

@dreamer If you have a magi, teleport it to the catcher. Ap pick up like that was disabled when teleport came out. You can't get too the pick up page with codes any more. You just get redirected to a page saying that the page you want is unavailable.

If you incubated the egg, the incubation will wear off during a teleport (just like dropping it to the ap did when ap trading was still around). So the egg will gain a day.

I wish I could help, but unfortunately, I'll probably be going to bed/asleep. But I'd love to help you with any future attempts. 😊

Edit: derp, forgot incubating takes off a day not an hour, so it'll gain a day.

@Orderedchaos Dang. D8 I must be behind on the news. XD

I don't have a magi dragon (that's the orange one, right?) however I have one in egg form. I used incubate on the egg I'm saving, so maybe I can find someone with a few of those dragons so they could transfer it to their scroll and then back again (but with two dragons because I believe there is cooldown time)? Would that work?

To make a ND wait till it is at 0 then set a timer for 20 minutes. While time is ticking you set up all the click sites. Then after if is up enter is in all the click sites. Teh end.

@dreamer Yeah, if someone else started a trade and had two magis it would work. You'd just offer the ND experiment on the trade.

@Linpug I know how to get an ND.... It runs out of time kinda late tonight. And I incubated it. So if it turns and I'm able to teleport it back and forth I can save it. 8D So yeah.

Is your time the same as ect? I know I'll be online at the time because I'm usually awake and online until about midnight.

Thanks! I'll be sure to ping you when my dragon has 0 hours left, and if you're online you can set up teleport on a random egg and I'll offer my egg if/when it turns if you could be onlin for the half hour. ^^ However I'm not exactly sure how you'd like to sort this out, so I'll add your name on the list for now and ping you when the time comes. 😊

@dreamer I'm one hour behind ec time. So if its 10pm ec time that your egg reaches 0 hour then that's even better for me cause I will be awake. 😊

@Orderedchaos Nice! 😊 The dragon has 8 hours left, but it should turn to 7 hours in a couple minutes. So it should have 0 hours left by maybe quarter past 9 where you are? ^^ Idk why I keep posting but again I'll ping you at the time. I'm jsut too excited. xD


EDIT: I just got the *exact* time that my egg runs out of time! It will be at 0 hours at exactly 10:08 pm ect. 😉

@candy_girl_1298 In this case it's someone who helps in a Neglected experiment. In order to help the potential neglected survive its incubated and if it turns teleported away, so the incubation wears off and instead of having only minutes to hatch and live it instead has a day. The catcher then teleports the egg back to the owner.

Before the Teleport BSA came out, people could refresh the abandoned URL of an egg (dragcave.net/abandoned/CODE) as it was abandoned, and would have a chance of getting it. People "bounced" eggs in order to give their Neglected egg an extra day, allowing it to survive. Bouncing was done by abandoning an egg and having multiple "catchers" refresh the egg's abandoned URL. If it was successful and one of the catchers caught the egg, the Neglected would have an extra day. The catcher would then abandon the egg again for the original owner to catch. 😉

@candy_girl_1298 Because the incubate will wear off. BSA's like incubate and influence will wear off when an egg is traded or dropped to the ap.

Incubating takes a day off the egg's time, so there's less patience involved. However, if you're planning on bouncing, it will give the Neglected an extra day once it turns so it will survive. ;]

@candy_girl_1298 Eggs only turn neglected when they have minutes left to live. If they have been incubated, then when they are traded instead of having maybe a minute to get enough views to hatch, it now has a day. So the chances of it living jump up drastically.
