~Taka's Christmas Contest~

So, I have a contest with some pretty nice prizes, the object of the game is simple, the three people who can spruce up the random sentence I come up with the best win. Sounds easy right? I'll be judging all who enter on January 1st 2nd or 3rd so keep checking back then after you enter for the results.

Here's an example of what you'll be doing.

My sentence: The little boy took a walk in the park.

Your sentence: The smiling little boy skipped happily along under the trees in the park.

Get it? So here are the prizes

1st Place: Christmas egg set (Bessie, Engel and Prath)+10,000ec
2nd Place: Christmas egg set (Bessie, Engel and Prath)
3rd place: Bessie egg

Here's the sentence you'll be enhancing:

The room was filled with three couches two chairs, a chandelier and a piano.

Please post only your enhanced sentences please, to keep from confusion, thus making it easier for me to judge, and remember, good grammar pays off! Another thing, you may make the sentence as long as you want.

The beautiful, outrageously large room, was decotrated with three soft, comfortalble couches, two perfect chairs, a wonderfully bright chandelier hung from the ceiling. As well as a glistening, black piano that sparkeled in the light.

The brilliantly lit ballroom was filled with three luxurious couches, two Victorian straight-back chairs, a gold encrusted chandelier, a menagerie of gentlemen and ladies performing a waltz to Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata being played on a grand symphony piano at the center of the room.

I could make this so long if I wanted to...

The suite with the red velvet curtains and luxuriously soft carpet was filled with three beautiful leather couches that could each hold four people, two squishy and midnight blue chairs, and a glistening chandelier the size of a hippo. A vintage black keyboard was placed near the window, its keys waiting to play the most wonderful of music.

The dazzling room was alive with celebration. Three velvet couches, cushioned with pillows, beckoned adults to rest. Someone was skillfully performing on a shining black piano, emitting a smooth, enchanting melody. Two wooden chairs were occupied by chatting friends as a chandelier glistened above them, glowing vibrantly and creating an almost magical feeling.

The dim, poorly-lit room was filled with three thread-bare couches, stained and dirty from decades of use, two white, wooden chairs, paint chipped and cracked, a chandelier hung crooked from the ceiling, all its past grandeur and lovliness gone, along with about a dozen or so of its crystals, now dull and opaque and a baby grand piano stood in the corner, long untuned, but if you listened closely, you could almost hear the beginnings of some long lost song.

Your Sentence:
The room was filled with three couches two chairs, a chandelier and a piano.

My Sentence:
The bright, sunny room was filled with three clean couches that were fluffy and new and two chairs that were just as clean, fluffy and new as the couches. The walls of the room were freshly painted and still smelled rather unpleasant. The chandelier dangled from the ceiling and its diamonds sparkled in the sunlight. A grand piano that stood proudly in the corner of the room made it look very tempting to sit in its velvet-lined seat. If you began to play it, it made whatever you played sound utterly beautiful, like turning Old McDonald had a Farm into Red River Valley. The windows in the room were cleaned recently and the curtains fluttered like butterflies in a breeze.
