So I have a bed. It's a really crappy bed in that the boards beneath it are always giving out, which means I have to lift the mattress and pick them up.
Okay, fine.
But moving that big bulky mattress around in a relatively small room with lots of little pretty things...is that a good idea? Nope. Not at all. Though I have managed to be careful...

until today. .__.

I ram the thing into my bookshelf, some books fall. No big deal, I can pick those up. My jewelry box scatters everywhere. Lots of little pieces, but I can pick them up.

My two precious bird statues, however, were not so fortunate. They're completely shattered and now Mr. Cockatoo is all alone. RIP Bald Eagle and
African Grey.☹️
Well, at least now I know what to do with my Christmas money. My shelf looks so bare without them.

@metaphor - I feel your pain. D:

Except my situation is a bit different.
I also LOVE to colect pretty things, vintage glass Soda bottles, breakable pretty objects...

But I have a 4-year-old brother. (More like BOTHER.)
He already broke my one of my things a week when I was gone. T_T
I live in fear he will break something else.

Luckly, nothing THAT serious has happened yet, but, i'm still scared.

☹️ That is so sad! I have done that before. Why must pretty little things be so delicate! ☹️
