Garrett was off of work and walking through the city tonight, he was heading for a nearby restaurant to grab a bite to eat by himself, he didn't really mind that he didn't have a girlfriend, he always says the good women turn out to be machines anyway.

When Garrett sat down he ordered some steak, the finest the city had to offer, he had gone to the fanciest restaurant, he got a few weird looks, since he came by himself, but he is kind of a regular now, so, less than he used to. Garrett leaned back in his seat and looked out the large window overlooking the city, he was 53 floors up.

"Enjoying the view again today?" A woman asked, sitting down with him. "Go away, Dalia. You know I don't like ghosts, and you especially." Garrett said, not even looking to see who it was. "So tell me, does it get boring looking at the city all the time in this exact spot every Thursday?" She asked.

"Would I come here if it was boring?" He answered. "I suppose you've got me there." Dalia said. "Why do you try so hard?" Garrett asked. Dalia laughed. "Why? Because you look so lonely sitting here every Thursday." She answered.

"Well, I'm not lonely, so you can go away." Garrett said.
