Shadowpaw peered out from the den. The leader seemed to be punishing Redpaw. Her whiskers twitched slightly in amusement. A medicine cat. Right.

Redpaw moaned, but followed. Medicine Cat?! That's too...soft for him. He needed the blood of a Warrior!
"I'd rather be a kittypet." he snorted.

"I doubt it is for him," Shadowpaw joked to Gingerpaw. "Eating stinky kittypet food is Redpaw's favorite lifestyle, according to him." She mewed this in a good-natured-joking way.

Shadowpaw's whiskers twitched. "I was just joking," she meowed. "Yeah, what is that? It looks familiar..." Her voice trailed off. She felt that the berry was connected to a warning of some kind.

I have to ask this, but you don't have to anwser, but is it hard going to your dad's house to your mom's to you dad's?
(My parents are togeather...and I fell so sorry for you if your parents aren't. I know it's probally hard. Like I said, you don't have to anwser this if it offends you.)

Yeah, sometimes it's kind of hard to go from one house to the other if it's in the morning, since it's like a hour. My parents aren't together. Actually it's only been this way for a year and a half. (And no, the question doesn't offend me. I'm fine with answering questions of that sort. Thanks for giving me a choice, though 😸)

Gingerpaw glanced behind her. "Huh?" she said after she didn't see anything. "It's just your imagination." She nudged him into the corner of the medicine cat den. "Now, pick an herb and I'll tell you about it".

After an hour, Redpaw curled up. "I'm tired. Good Night." he growled.

After twenty minutes, she went to sleep as well.

A big brown tabby appered in front of him. "Hello, Redpaw. I am Tigerstar 😈 "

Morning...


Redpaw got up, blood on his paws and a scar on his hind leg.
"I hope I didn't wake Ginger-"Redpaw mewed." Too late..."

Gingerpaw yawned and woke up after hearing Redpaw wake up. She sat up and licked her front paw, then looked at him. "What happened to you???"

Shadowpaw proudly strode into camp. She had a thresh and a mouse on the dawn patrol. She decided to drop by the medicine den and give the fresh prey to Gingerpaw and Redpaw. She walked over and poked her head in to see if they were awake.
