I also understand because when u give someone a gift u dont want something back! If u give a gift its like giving a thanks for helping me or being a good friend u dont expect the same thing back! U might get a gift once in a while but u shouldent yell at someone saying I gave u a gift now WHERE IS MINE!?!?

People should just give a gift and just say i hope u like it!
NOT JUST SAY WHERE IS MY GIFT I GAVE U SOMETHING NOW GIVE ME SOMETHING BACK!

Giving gifts arent to supposed to be like i give u something u give me something back.

I know you might not know me and all, but I always hate to see people leave. It is true that some people always want something in return, but that isn't what gifting is about. When you gift something, you're not supposed to want anything in return.
I'm sorry to hear this has happened, but not everyone in the EC community is like this and I hope you reconsider, because many will have a broken heart when they see you leave.

Sad to see you go, you were on a lot and you were nice... ☹️ Unfortunately this is the way Eggcave has become recently and also why I didn't reply when I got pinged out of the blue on a gifting thread... If you give something you shouldn't expect anything back, except maybe a thank you & friendship 😊 I hope to see you around and that maybe you'll return in the future, I can understand why you want to leave now though... ☹️

Ya...its really sad to see this side of people that I have always liked☹️ If you give a gift, its wrong to ASK for something back...people shouldn't be teaching that to kids or people here. Also, you don't gift with rules. That is sad. Its like asking someone to give oyu a gift in a $100 to $1000 price range...but you can't.

Yeah, I know what you mean, I gifted a friend a complete set of the rereleased creatures for christmas, asking for something similar back would be ridiculous ☹️ Some people think they have a right to do stuff like that, but it's just mean and selfish...

i hardly know you @orange but why would you quit because of a couple people being stupid i know a gift is meant to be gifted and them wanting the things they gave but thats no reason to quit and you need to know all people are not like them some of us people are actually kind hearted people and when we give you something we dont expect anything in return so please dont think were all like that
