Its not a COUPLE of people. Its about 75% of EggCave guys!
Want proof? The first thing that happened when I did this topic was people going like,"Can I have something? I will never trade it! I will miss you! ❤️"
People only care about the eggs and stuff.....
I got PMs, Comments on my wall (which I pretty much deleted and ignored) and people on my forums.

Everybody is quitting, we can't lose your awesomeness too... I agree that there are some pathetic JERKS out there who do what you describe in gifting, but some people don't. Maybe it will get better!

But I respect your decision, if this is what you want to do.

well @orange sometimes people do get greedy but you have to look at the 25% thats not all greedy i might be new here but when i first came there were a few people who helped me such as @univea
or @ladinagrl so you see @orange there are still alot of good people here on egg cave you just need to look alittle harder and you need to firgure out who's your real friends here and the people who are just using you to get stuff out of you but remeber some people were raised in an economy like that were you gift somebody something and you suspect something in return

and you know what ive actually learned a few things from @ univea and @ ladinagrl
they showed me kindness espacially @univea causee shee actually didnt care if i didnt have anything to give her when she gave me her Eeriek bloodthrist she just wanted to help out and she did and she actually made me a better person she made me the person that i am today and @ ladinagrl
she was always there for me when i was sad or needed help she gave me advice about boy trouble and friend trouble shes like a sister to me thats why if sehe quit egg cave i wouldnt know what to do i would probably go crazier than what i am now because shes just a wonderful person and so is @univea theyre both wonderful people and theyll alway be in my heart ❤️ 😊

lol i can tell to just by looking at your page nd who's asking to trade you can tell theyre not real friends

You do have some friends on here who are wanting you to stay, I understand why you want to quit. Honestly, I don't blame you. But the thing is, you can ignore it, seeing how they are, greedy and all, you know WHO they are, that way you can avoid them.

If I were to quit, those people would probably care less about me leaving, they'd only want my creatures. I'm not at all a fan of gifting boards because they give and they expect you to give them something back in return, it was their decision to gift at their own risk. Gifting is not trading.

I wish people understood that.
And again, good luck in real life.

I gifted A LOT of creatures, and will be doing a giveaway soon again, but the only thing I expect in return is that the person won't neglect the creature I gave. (ofcourse they can trade it, it's their creature from then on, but I trust them to not trade it away to someone who has dying eggs.)
I had someone saying that the brownils I gave where doing great and she was still happy with them.
And someone saying the kitep I gave is doing good;
That's why I gift, to make people happy, it gives a good feeling to know someone is happy because of a gift you gave --- That's what you should give gifts for.

I understand you... "You get what you get and you don't get upset" is one of my favourite mottos.
I haven't explored the whole forum yet since I'm new so idk about trading much, but if this is your decision, I won't stop you (I'm not saying I want you to go, I'm just saying I won't beg you to stay). I wish you good luck in the future and hope you live a good, healthy and enjoyable life 😊

Honestly when I quit the first thing I will do is give away stuff quietly. Once I do that people won't be able to annoy me on my quitting thread xD

I also hate gifting threads, they seem forced. But if I go and comment on the thread they will try and force me to gift. I gift, gosh I gave a 1st stage tine away. I don't need a freaking thread to tell me to gift. -.-
