You must write a poem and if I think it is really good, you will win a prize! 😃

RULES:

- You must make it up yourself (no copying from websites or other people!)

- It does not have to rhyme. You can make it rhyme if you want to, though. Besides, it might give you a better chance at winning. *wink wink*

- Your poem can be about anything!!! Whatever you want. 😊

1st Place Prize: 1 Halloween creature, 3 Christmas creatures, and 1 Kujak.
2nd Place Prize: 2 Christmas creatures, 1 Halloween creature,
and 1 January LE.
3rd Place Prize: 2 Christmas creatures and 1 January LE.

The Winners will be announced on Febuary 7th, 2012.

Worth More Than You

My pretty black unicorn.
She has a horn laced with gold.
Her ominous hooves will be forlorn.
Her mane cannot be sold.
For she is worth more than you.
Her flowing tail of crystaline glass.
Her body rippling like a deep black river.
She is worth more than you.
She isnt like the others, she is beautiful in her own way.
But not good.
She also has ammolite rainbow feathery wings.
She is worth more than you.
She is more despicable than you.
She is worth more than you.

Nature is strong
Nature is usually always right
Nature is rarely ever wrong
Nature is beauty
Nature is moody
Nature is smart
Nature always has the greater part
Nature is blue
Nature is green
Nature is every color possibly seen
Nature is true
Nature is beaming
Nature is dreaming
Nature is in every place
Nature is always with grace
Nature is true
Nature is you
Nature is me
Nature is and always will be free.

THE DEVIL'S SWING

Over the rushing river
Where shaggy fir-trees stand,
The devil himself is pushing
My swing with his furry hand.

Pushing, he laughs away,
And up I go,
And down I go,
The seat creaks ominously,
The rope begins to fray,
Rubbing against a bough.

Prolonged the seat-board's creaking,
As up and down it glides.
With wheezy laughter shaking,
The devil holds his sides.

l hang on, swinging, gliding,
As up I go,
And down I go,
Slithering, slipping, sliding,
My dizzy gaze avoiding
The devil down below.

Above the shady fir-tree,
A voice laughs from the blue:
"You've landed on the swing, see! -
Swing, and to hell with you!"

And in the shaggy fir-tree,
A raucous hullabaloo:
"You've landed on the swing, see! -
Swing, and to hell with you!"

The devil will not leave it,
The swing will fly apace
Till with a violent buffet
I'm swept clean off my place,

Until the last few strands
Of hemp snap finally,
Until my native land
Comes flying up at me.

I'll soar above that fir-tree
And bang earth with my head.
So swing the swing on, devil,
Higher, higher... Aah!

Death and life,

Hardships and strife,

Joy and grace,

It brings space.

It brings info, data and scripts,
It seals the ancient ruins and crypts,
It calls upon the weak and old,
It tells the end of stories cold.

It demolishes buildings,
It brings down mountains,
It tarnishes gildings,
It smashes fountains.

It watches the deeds,
It watches the crime,
What is it?
It is time.

Here's something random... It's really terrible too. -__- I really don't know what I was thinking. *sigh*

She watches.
Carefully, oh so carefully.
Never moving, never blinking.
She dances.
Movements sure and confident.
Twirling, leaping, soaring.
She plays.
Fingers lightly pressing on each note.
Tears always falling.
She wishes.
For the happiness of others.
The kind of life she doesn't deserve.
She loves.
All and everything.
Irrevocably and unconditionally.
She hates.
Pain. Agony. Sorrow.
Emotions she lives with everyday.
She mourns.
Loss of friends. Loss of everything.
Loss of a life.
She hurts.
Herself. Friends. Everything.
Nothing can save her.
She feels.
That her world is falling apart.
And it is.
She needs.
Someone to love her.
Something to hold onto.
She is.
A lover. A hater.
A daughter. A friend.
Always here.
Never noticed.
