I think that if a person is inactive for about 5+ months their creatures (if still living) should automatically go to the AC!

I don't agree, what if someone goes on Hiatus, for that long because of RL, but when they have time and come back. It would be a disaster to find all your creatures gone.

Nope, but I have gone away from Neopets for around 2 years once without ever checking in. When I logged in, all my things and pets were still there and I am grateful.
