CC and Ticket response

I bought some CC yesterday and it hasn't shown up yet, over 12 hours later. I've relogged, cleared cache and used multiple browsers...

I sent in a ticket about it. How long does it usually take to get a ticket response about these kinds of things?

@badkittynono It depends on when Ian is on and manually verifies the transaction. So it could be a couple minutes or a couple hours. But it will be with in a day of you sending the ticket.
