Yea, I'm going to be up for a couple of nights.
I have to memorize certain lines from Romeo and Juliet.
I play as a character known as Mercutio, the thing is, he has really long lines.

I have to memorize them by Monday,
They expect for us to memorize them by then.

Actors get weeks or months to memorize their lines,
If I manage to memorize these lines, hell, sign me up for an acting career.

I'm not even allowed to look at the paper.
I just have to try and memorize most of it.
I feel bad though.
The other members in my group didn't get the scripts, only I did, so they don't have a paper to practice their lines.
I don't know how they're going to do on Monday if they had no script over the weekend.

I hate Paris.

I had to watch the modern version.
Oh lord, it was so awful.
I'm sorry but, I'd like to stick with the men and tights rather than that version, oh god. It was horrible, it looked as if they were mocking Romeo and Juliet.

We get to choose our characters in class.

For this project we are supposed to act out the scene, be creative with an outfit that's similar to the character, and we choose an emotion that all the group members do in that scene, ours is serious, and others have to guess what mood we are by our tone and how we show it.

I die at the end of the script.

Wow, that's a lot more than I had to do! All we did was go up to the front of the class and do a semi-decent job of acting. No costumes or anything.
