Is this only me? What is going on?

That happens when the page isn't fully loaded.

Sometimes this happens when the page isn't entirely loaded, yup. Let me know if this ever happens again.

With regards to the yellow ping Notifications, they have been fixed. It was indeed a styling glitch that made them gold/yellow. No more!
