I'm tired right now, and I feel like ranting my opinion on a certain subject. If you disagree with me, you can leave, because I really don't feel like putting up with any crap right now. I just have to get this off my chest.

But I'm a little bit annoyed by how many forum topics are being locked. I'm not questioning the power, and I have absolutely nothing against Ian or against any of the mods who are locking topics.

It just aggrivates me how you can be on a forum topic, having a conversation with a couple people, maybe having lighthearted fun, and then; poof; Next time you check, the topic is locked. No post from the person who locked it on why it was locked, nothing. Just a golden lock and a dead conversation.

What happened to being able to have fun? I mean in beta testing, people would accidentally spam, or might debate a little. But everything was fine. Lately, I've been in a few forum topics and they were all of a sudden locked. That ticks me off more than anything else, and occasionally leaves a little guilt hanging on your chest.

Again, I'm not questioning anyone or mentioning any topics, this is just really getting on my nerves.

Only post if you aren't going to cause an argument. And if this gets locked I think I'mma punch a wall. >.<

It probably will though. Oh well.

I never really noticed this at all o^o
But I'ma guess that maybe it was straying from the main idea or there was a similar, active topic?

The only ones being locked are the Reports.

Its because they were off topic or becoming to arguementive or someone reported the topic.

@Meg Isn't there a better way to handle that? Someone could just post in the forum telling people what they're doing wrong, instead of just locking it without word. That's what ticks me off the most.

It happens when your thread has been going off topic.
It wouldn't be very useful, would it?
Also, a forum topic seems to be locked when a bit of drama is happening, or something that could cause drama.

Oh, I haven't had this happen to me.
Sorry that it happens to you.
I am sure they have their reasons, maybe they
should put a reason at the end after closing.
