Serif photoplus SE does not.

SAI has a 30 day trial, then yu can consider to buy it or not.

Gimp 2.0 is also free.

@sstwins It's a little too simple...

You can use Adobe Photoshop, which is a little complicated but I think you can download it for free. There's also Paint.NET...

Next time try adding some unique features. You want to be able to think, "Yes, I know what it is just by looking at it; it's the AMAZING Starre!"

Good job on your first try though 😉

Well TBH it's concept art, it doesn't have to be elaborate. If Ian likes the idea he'll take the basic concept and create a creature, make it 3D ish etc.

Anyways, I really like the idea 😊
