This breaks my heart.
Lu Hao. A toddler in China. He weighs 132 or more pounds.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/03/28/lu-hao-132-pound-toddler_n_841525.html

That's an article.

That is Google images of him.
Poor kid.
And the parents let this happen.

Such a shame.

I know. I feel bad for the kid. He couldn't have caused it. He is 3 o_o
The parents should be arrested for child abuse, because they're basically killing him

@whispers I don't even know. Or understand. Typically, 3 year old children don't have a choice of what goes in their stomach. They do have the choice to like and dislike different foods. Unfortunately, I am lead to believe that that is the most common food he's known if fast food. ;-;

@whispers Yes, I agree he would be cute if he was healthy. But he would be happier to be healthy. That kid can't be happy to struggle to move around or breathe...

At the age of 18, I am not even 132 pounds. D;

Poor little guy. D:

@whispers Well yes. People who are taller NEED to weigh more than short people. HENCE I AM REALLY SHORT. D:< BLARGH. But yes. This is terrible and the parents are obviously in the wrong and I highly doubt that they are going through their community knowing that it is right. They must be receiving some heavy judgement from not only their community but a lot of people now since it's on the internet.

@graceseggs I know. ;-;

@whispers Omg. ;-; Ugh, I really hope something happens to make this kid's life healthier. D:

@piucca I don't blame McDonald's either. The parents are to blame.

And I do eat McDonald's, Taco Bell, Wendy's, all that fast food stuff. In moderation. Like once a month? Or twice?

Just because you eat it doesn't mean you aren't healthy. It's the fact people need to learn moderation. D:

@piucca
Diabetics are almost prone to heat attacks. And to die *Earlier* Okay, maybe like a 4 years too early, but still.
If I don't take care of my diabetes and stay fit, I will go blind, need dialisys, will be vomiting, kidney failure, and I will always be prone to heart attacks and heart disease. Not saying that it will happen to me. But it is very likely

@bunnyshadow Um NO. Don't even say that. I will share my complications and weight history. This should make you feel better.

When I was 12, I was in 7th grade and I weighed 72 pounds. I grew up and then I turned 13 and weight 86. 14 was 95. 15 was 103. 16 was 111. 17 was 119. And now I am 18 and I am 125.

Those numbers for 16 and below are bad. Dx

Okay, here is the thing... I was really short and THAT was unhealthy. TOO unhealthy. I am now like 5'3" and my weight is normal I think? You better embrace it because you are beautiful and you grow into your weight and height. Being underweight is not cool. 96 is PERFECT for someone that is 12, trust me pleeaaasee. x3

@whispers My fiance has diabetes. Type 1 diabetes. I know what you are talking about. You have to be careful because you aren't fragile per say, but you have to pay attention. His mother also has diabetes.

Same.
Except I am 11 and about 80 lbs.
I am not too tall. Nor too short.

@bunnyshadow I get all scared when people joke about that. Or am sensitive. Because I have dealt with weight fluctuations. Like dropping pounds (like 2-3) a day, everyday. Plus I work with girls who have weight issues and look at themselves like fjdaklfjdaskld GLARB.

It's not an inconvenience, it just makes me go all dfkdlajfal when there is overweight discussions.

SOMEONE NEEDS TO GO FIND THIS KID'S PARENTS...and make them...idk. D;

@everyone

I feel old... D;

...but why? O:

@whispers

Ah, parents. D: Sorry! My mom used to do that too until I got to the age she used to treat me like and then stopped...?

Parents will grow out of it when you meet their expectations unless...they are impossible expectations.

Dx Build a rocket ship, get rich, be the first female president.

And... Maybe. -shoves cookie in mouth and cookie crumbs stick onto mouth and cheeks-

@bunnyshadow I understand grades. Perfectly because grades get you EVERYWHERE in life, like college, careers, get money, retire. Bleh.

I know a lot of parents like that but that's way too much. I hope INSTEAD, you do what you want and not what your mom wants. (: I mean, I hope she settles with the fact when you are older and successful and doing your own thing and making your own happiness, she will be happy for you.

My parents expected the same thing from me, but I said it was really restricting ME and they weren't letting me be myself. :/
