Pixle kicked him lightly in the side, sending a shock up his spine "Don't joke around like that" she hissed, grabbing a fruit that looked somewhat like a mix of a dragonfruit and a pomagranite, from the table, and cracking it open easy, the fruit was more like pomagranite than dragon fruit though.

The shock caused Charlie's hair to stand on end. 'Its only fair, you did it tom me in the Complex!' Biting into a green and purple peach like fruit, Charlie smiled. It was better than anything he had tased on Earth. Too bad Klaxion hated Earth, they could make a nice profit off the fruit.

@swiforlife lol I almost did until I found a GREAT cosplay store called "the Accessory" =D bluh, my dress is this short, one-sleved black tight dress >.< like it better than everythin' else though =P

A grey haired woman stepped down from the vehical. 'Greetings, my name is Minkah. We need to talk in private.' She walked slowly away, her slender frame clothed in a rich blue robe. It was faioned of the finest silk; silver threads encirled the neckline. 'Pixle, Charlie, I appolgize I didn;t come sooner. Arretlion is dying, most of our resources are depleated. I have known both of you since you were very young, however you proabaly do not recoginze me. I am disquised, for your saftey, you might recognize my normal form. I sent you the letter and photograph. Now, Brenden thinks I am here to punish you. Rub this on your faces.' Handing them a tube of make-up, she winked, 'Pixle, you will have no problem recreating bruises. I have faith in both of you.'

"uh...but.." she bit her lip a bit as she looked down at the tube, shrugging slightly as she looked back up at the woman, nodding slightly.

Minkah walked away, she stepped back on to the hovercraft. She appeared wiehtless with her flowing blue robe. Charlie turned to Pixle, 'Busies? No too hard considering we killed 2 dragons and that bald dude!' Charlie said with a laugh. The people dispersed, the night was winding down. Phase 4 loomed in the future, causing Charlie to shudder.

Pixle sighed "I guess so..." she muttered, twisting off the top and squirting a bit of the material on her finger, it adjusted it's color to match her skin tone if she were actually injured "Ok this stuff is awesome." she stated with a grin as she looked over at Charlie, laughing slightly

Charlie watched as the make-up adjusted to Pixle's complexion. 'Woah!' he breathed, the liquid bubbled up into a bruise. 'Dude, it looks like she decked ya good!' The sun dipped behind the baren trees, they rustled in the wind. 'Pixle,' Charlie began, 'I'm really worried about Phase 4. No one survived it before. Charlie held her tightly, 'We have killed a ridiculous ammount of people this week.' He added with a smile. Breden walked over, he -I-am-too-hot-for-you stide made Charlie cringe. If there was one think that boy needed was a slap.
'Ahhh, my friend did visit you.' He snickered, looking at the fake bruises. 'Please, return to your rooms, instruction for thr final phase will be given in the morning.'

Pixle nodded, turning sharply and scowling a bit as she saw Brenden, gaw he was so full of himself! rolling her eyes a bit, she crossed her arms and glared at the boy, a spark flying from behind him and smacking him in the neck, and another flying from the ground next to him and digging into his ear "heheh" she snickered under her breath.

Charlie snickered, as Brenden turned around. 'Whatta you looking at Blondebay?' he hissed. With a quick snap os his fingers, Charlie drenched Brenden. 'Oops' he replied with a shrug. Charlie grinned and high fived Pixle.

Pixle snickered, forgetting the deadly combination, and shocking brendan again, shuddering as she fell to her hands and knees, the electro magnetic field pinning her to the ground as the static wrapped around Brenden. Cringing, she quivered slightly as the connection between her and Brenden tightened.

Wathing with wide eyes, Charlie bit his lip. It was dangerous to touch Pixle, but it was more dangerous to leave her alone. 'Pixle! Are you okay?' He extrended a hand toward her body which was pinned to the ground by an unseen hand. Expecting the shock, he bit his lip. Brenden dtood paralzyed by the electricity.

Pixle shivered as the force locked her in place, her eyes clamped shut, with a loud pop and the crackle of fading static, she fell to her side, barely breathing, she had made the mistake of locking contact with the water, and she only noticed it now that she stared, expressionless, with half closed and glazed over eyes, at the puddle that had pooled at her feet when Charlie had drenched Brenden

BIRTHDAY WOOT!

Biting his lip as Pixle collapsed, Charlie's mind went blank. Muttering a curse, he removed his jacket and wrapped his hand. The alien material had proved to be flame resistant, it would conduct the electricity. A few feet ahead, Brenden stood paralyzed, like an ugly sculpture. Charie crouched down, and scooped Pixle up into his arms. She was so light, almost nonexistant. He carried her away from the puddle. Her skin was alabaster, Charlie could count the veins in her face, the little blue spiderwebs were prominant. Gingerly, he set Pixle down on her cot in the Complex. Looking to the sky, he prayed someone or something would help.

Pixle twitched slightly, but didn't show any other signs of life besides her shallow and barely there breathing. after a few minutes, she coughed very lightly and cringed, taking a sharp gasp, her eyes burning with pain behind the grey-green contacts "C-charlie?" she muttered, staying in her frozen up position

Pixle's eyes opened slowly, Charlie was greeted with the luminous grey-green color. She inhaled in choked breaths, her chest barely moving. She sputtered his name. 'Pixle, you okay? Can you move?' Toughts of paralyzation crossed his mind. He extended a hand, slowly inching to her shoulder.

Cringing slightly, Pixle shuddered, rubbing her eyes a bit as she tried to sit up, though the attempt was weak and the most she could do was shift her position " I...I'm fine..." she muttered lowly, her body was still tingling, and her hands were damp, though she was fine otherwise. "I..what happened?" she rasped, shaking slightly

His hand guided her to the sitting-up position. 'We were just messing around with Brenden. You shocked him pretty good. The I drenched him, but then your magnetic feild pulled you into the water. I say you short circuted, for lack of a better term.' Charlie plopped down next to her.

Smiling weakly, Pixle let out a slight laugh "Whoops" she joked, cringing again as she spoke "so im not dead? good..." her voice trailed off a bit, her eyes were duller than usuaand her veins were almost too visible through her pale skin.

'If your dead then I'm Dave Sprite!' he said, grinning. Pixle's skin was eerily pale, it looked as if the moon had been stretched over a skeleton. The blue spiderwebs of veins were prominant. 'Pixle, are you sure you're okay? I've never seen you this pale.' Wrapping an arm around her shoulder, Charlie drew her in. His body warmth spead to her.

Charlie watched as Pixle's eyes fluttered shut. He gently sent her on the bed. Afterwward, he crawled to his own cot and closed his eyes. Sleep would not come, darkness kept him bound like a prisoner. His hands seemed to be tied up in a mental prison.

Pixle shuddered, the sleep that washed over brought only memory of her past, and fear of what would come next, she usually dreamed lucid, but not tonight, she didn't have the energy, though it was a mistake to let her mind run free

Somewhere in the midst of the torturous prison of insomnia, Charlie dozed off. The pastel light of the breaking day filled the window. Pixle was still asleep, or at least appeared to be. Charlie dragged himself from the warmth and security of his blankets.
'KRUFF!' He recoginzed the alien bark. It was the dog. It wagged its barbed tail and made a doggy-smiled face. Placing its paws on Charlie's chest, it looked deep into his eyes. The burning red coals seemed to swirl into a moving image.
-The ground shook, Charlie and Pixle ran toward the treeline, an unseen force thrust them into the air.--

Pixle woke with a jolt, but didn't move otherwise, staring blankly at the wall, she was lost in her own mind, forgetting everything around her for a moment, the numness she recognized all too well shocked her to the point of a slight yelp escaping her throat, sitting up quickly, she cringed, her hand wrapping around the seam between her shoulder and the prosthetic, three of the wires were missing, and the hand was soaking wet, already beginning to rust, but the vandalism was so skilled, the wires were cut in a way that the nerves still worked, which proved painful, a searing hot pain that clung to her arm like sap, apparently she wasn't the only one in the compound who knew a thing or two about the mechanics.

@inkstep Sir Braks-oddly Hahahaha, I laughed so hard at that. When ever I bark at my dog, I say 'KRUFF!' Sometimes my dog make a weird kruff sound back XD

OOOOH SAVATAGE!

The red embers were mesmorizing, Charlie found it difficult to look away. The scene ended and the dog curled up at Charlie's feet. 'Thanks buddy!' he said, scratching the dog's vinyl like skin. Pixle lay on her cot, clutching her shoulder. Charlie didn't know much about engineering or mechanic, be he could tell something was wrong with her prothetic arm. She tenderly rubbed at her shoulderblade. 'Pixle, what happened to your arm?' he asked, voice quavering, someone was playing dirty.
