"Yes, Pepper." Pepper corrected. He shook Kennedy a little. He couldn't believe had had gotten stuck with this pathetic excuse for a human as his apprentice. He still remembered the day, 2 years ago...

He had accidentally killed 3 people. He thought that they were shapeshifters. No one believed him. He was forced to mentor a kid, Kennedy, for 3 years. They had hoped that it would make him calmer. It didn't. He got angry easier now and was always hurting Kennedy.

Pepper was jolted out of memory by the shapeshifter. He lost his focus, and dropped Kennedy to the ground, where he landed in a crumpled heap. Pepper turned to the shapeshifter. "Scared? I was just warming up. I want to make your death very, very painful."

Viveka knew the bubble wouldn't pop. She submereged her self and looked deep into Pepper's eyes. She stood up and slammed her wieght into the bubble's bottom, hitting Pepper in the head.

Pepper didn't flinch when the bubble hit him on the head. Showing pain would make this shapeshifter think she could beat him. He focused his eyes on the bubble, forcing it to float over to Kennedy.

Kennedy moaned as the bubble hit him on the head. He crumpled to the floor. This was not what he had in mind when he came for training.

Viveka took a knife out of the sheath on her leg. Stabbing the bubble, water poured out of it. She landed on the wet ground with a splash. 'So glad we can finally fight face to face' she smirked...

Pepper rolled his eyes. "You're so weak. Just like Kennedy." He emphasized the word Kennedy and looked over at the boy, laying face down on the wet ground.

Kennedy sensed a fight. He also sensed that neither one of the fighters liked him. He got up and wiped some of the water off of him.
