EVENT: Meteor or CC???

ABOUT: Tricky creatures that can spin their bodies 360 degrees, similar to how an owl can turn it's head all the way around. When it spins it's body rapidly it can generate 100 watts in it's brain. It often releases this by making light bulbs explode. They become very attached to their owners and it's aggressive towards people who play loud music like on radios or guitars.
