Ginger stared I amazement as Roxas fainted and the door opened. "Whoa," she said, "That was cool. How did she do that Wynter and YAY WE ARE FREE!!"

Roxas's eyes were restored, and she didn't know what happened, so she sadly hadn't developed her element yet (Yeah I decided not to yet)

Everything was static-y and blurry. She saw things in double vision. She saw a familiar face anxiously saying her name. She slowly got up, and her sight was restored. She could also hear clearer to. "W-who opened that door?" she said, kind of stumbling over words.

"Roxas..."
Wynter relieved, let out a short sigh.

"Roxas, you opened the door...Do you not remember?"
Wynter pointed at the door, with a puzzled look on her face. "You almost like...commanded the door to be opened..."

The snow was falling so effortlessly and gracefully.
Bewildered by Ginger's excitement, Wynter just smiles in reply that the little canine could be a little convinced of freedom. /I really hope Ginger is jumping to conclusions that this is the last of hardships.../ Wynter murmured in her head.

Roxas grew suspicious, longing to know if Wynter was correct. She might have...a power...like..an element. Roxas remembered that she read a book on elements before. What if she had one?

Sylvia awoke and found the sunlight blinding her. She groaned ,"Damned sunlight...", she hissed and walked outside as night fell. She hid in the shadows and heard vojces nearby.

Exhaling more and more, Wynter believed she couldn't stop sighing. Anxiety began to creep on her as she lacked the knowledge of what was going to happen next.

Making sure Roxas was okay, she looked out the door into the snow and felt very in tune. Every snowflake that fell, it felt as if she was falling with it. This was a side effect of also having a power. Every drop of rain, snow, ray of sunshine, lightning bolt, she was a part of in some way.

"Roxas, I have to be honest with you." Wynter gulped and looked at Ginger hoping Ginger could say that she had a power as well...Maybe Ginger would say it sweetly and simply and there was no complications. But no...it was time for Wynter to just admit that she had a power.



But she didn't want to feel like a...a freak.

It was getting darker out, and Wynter knew they had to make decisions before they all suffered from hypothermia.

Roxas heard a peculiar sound from farther away. "S'cuse me." she said kindly to Wynter and her companion. She walked slowly farther into the cabin, feeling death crawling up her spine. "Hello Is anyone th-" She stopped. Roxas glared at the girl curled near the shadows. "Who are you?" she asked nervously, but she didn't let her emotions show.

Ginger saw a faint movement in the shadows, "Guys their is someone watching us over there." Gingr told Roxas and Wynter pointing toward the shadows.

Sylvia glanced up at a girl,"What do YOU want?", she said coldly her purple eyes glinting with evil. Sylvia stood up and the shadows of the night seemed to move around her.

Wynter once again picked up Ginger for comfort and for the fact that she couldn't continue to pretend that she was fearless.

Shaking very little and trying to control her emotions, Wynter surveys the shadows for what Roxas is approaching and what Ginger is mentioning.

Roxas saw her using a power. "Elements!" she thought. "I have an element! And if I opened that door...then I have the Mind element!" she was screaming inside of herself, but she didn't let it show. She kept a pokerface. She rose up, the gorgeous while glow. Her eyes were blank, as usual. She crossed her legs in mid air, and put two fingers from each hand on her forehead. She was reading minds! She heard what Wynter was thinking, what the shadow girl was thinking. She smiled. But she didn't tell anyone. She floated over to Wynter. "Look Wynter! I know now. I know I am the Mind Element."

Roxas narrowed her blank eyes at the newcomer. She swarmed over her shadows with white wisps of elegance, sweeping away the shadows from her. She nodded, grabbed Wynter, and floated to the exit.

Wynter gasped and grabbed Roxas by the arm.

"Roxas! You have an element. I knew that much...but so do I! Would you like me to demonstrate? I think this could come in handy if we decide to stay in this cabin or travel..." Her words were coming out too quickly because of the excitement of another person having an element.

Swiftly turning Sylvia's way, Wynter giggled and approached her quickly. Wynter attempted to give Sylvia a hug just because of her sinuous answer.

Giggling deviously, Wynter managed to say, "We're going to be good friends Sylvia."

/Even though I was trying to lighten the mood...I shouldn't put my life in danger. Sylvia could....could be dangerous.../ she thought quickly in her head.

Roxas promptly released Wynter and set foot on the ground. She took her bow and arrow set with her just in case. She tied a rainbow bandanna across her forehead. Roxas was ready to leave.

Seeing Roxas persistence of wanting to leave, Wynter knew she could trust her. She just possibly saved her from danger. Grabbing Ginger quickly, Wynter gave Roxas a quick nod and a smirk.

"Thanks. I don't think sometimes. Sometimes I think I can make light of the situation. There is...something off about Sylvia."

/OH./ A question appeared in Wynter's head.

"Roxas? What about the other people here?" she questioned as she looked around, purposely avoiding Sylvia's stare.

"And I suppose I'll show you what I can do some other time..." she added in as she returned her lavender colored eyes to Roxas face.

Looking over her shoulder, Sylvia was hard to differ from the shadows themselves. The hair was raising on her arms and the back of her neck.

Surveying Roxas' eyes and face, she started to say, "I agree. But for now it's dark out. Let's move quickly and then return to the cabin and try to avoid...her..."

Deep down, Wynter felt bad for jumping so quickly to a conclusion about Sylvia...but something was off and she wasn't going to begin to trust someone that she barely knew.

Startled by Sylvia's voice...Wynter replied almost silently...

"Please...don't hurt us..."

Roxas decided to shine her bright white glimmer, so she began to levitate off the ground, her eyes blank. She waited for the others, for she was the human flashlight.

Sylvia suddenly surged a mass of shadows in the shape of some haunting monster at Roxas, watching as her eyes widened and her mouth opened in horror. "Oops.. Sorry.", Sylvia said in a haunting soft voice. Sylvia kept staring at the back of Wynter's head. "Let me guess.", she continued inthe same soft voice. "Your going to leave too. I'll just stay here then."

Wynter shrieks and then addresses Sylvia in an eerie, serious tone.

"Please, don't hurt Roxas. Don't touch her. Doing what you are doing gets us no where. We have no idea where we are."

To show Sylvia that she was being quite serious, she squinted at the agape door and out at the snow. Without speaking a word, Wynter's dark red hair became a more vivid, glowing red as she closed her eyes. She moved her arms in a willowy fashion and used wind to push a mountainous snow drift in Sylvia's path.

The cabin rumbled as the snow shoved Sylvia in a corner.

"I am not trying to be violent but I just want you to realize there is no reason to do what you are doing...Sylvia...why are you here? How did you get here?" she managed to ask, as she rushed to Roxas side and let her sleep against the wall.

Before the snowdrift reaches Sylvia darkness bursts from the shadows in the corner and the snow drift explodes into tiny pieces of white dust.
"I am doing nothing.", Sylvia said in her usual quiet, scary voice.
"I am only being myself."
"I come from somewhere."
"Some place many go to after they die."
"Some place filled with Nightmares...", Sylvia's voice sounded creepy as she spoke the last words and black images of faded onto the wall with screaming people, dieing men and tortuted women.
Somehow, the sounds of their screams bounced throughout the small hut.
