Adding someone's egg to click exchange without telling = ok?

I found out someone put my cousin Nadia's very rare egg on Yarold's without telling her. She doesn't want her egg to hatch so of course she was very upset when I told her about this.
I have asked the Yarold's user to remove the link to my cousin's egg, but so far no answer.

I don't think it's okay to add someone's egg to click exchange without asking for permission from the user or at least telling the user what you intend to do first.

What do you think, fellow Egg Cave users?

It's an Onny egg actually. I believe it is very rare and I was going to freeze it for her when I got CC the next time since people has been bugging her about it being unfrozen for quite a while.
Now we had to beg for $5 from a family member with PayPal though. We kind of panicked. :/

The Yarold user is called KurKur.

I don't think it's okay to add creatures without permission. Personally, I'd be satisfied with any of my current creatures being in Yarolds, but an unfrozen Onny egg is whole different story. O_O

Personally, it seems that this user may have done it out of jealousy? Since onny eggs are rare, maybe they let their jealousy overcome them by trying to hatch your cousin's onny in hopes that the rarity would decrease.

There's also the very slight chance that they put in the wrong creature ID on Yarolds, but that's very unlikely.

I am sorry about it though. ☹️ Did you manage to get the egg frozen? I would panic if I were in this situation, too.

Well, in that case. I don't think that's OK.

Maybe if they WANT it to hatch and are asking for help, then yeah. But, no. If she doesn't want it to hatch, and you put it on their anyways... That's just rude. That's MY opinion.

That's what we think too. Jealousy.
The Onny is frozen now so it will be okay after all. But this whole incident freaked us out. :/

Thanks. Nadia cried a bit and a kind family member helped us with PayPal so it's okay now. Still a bit shaky after everything, but it's calming down now. 😊

It's in the Yarold's rules I believe that you can't put others links on without permission. So I would report them immediately. I'm glad you got the freeze for the Onny egg, those are really rare.

However, I don't know if he misunderstood my wording or if it has changed since then.


If it's to rescue a dying pet, why not? But if it's out of ill will, I wouldn't approve D:<

I've put other user's eggs on the Egg Cavern click exchange, but only because the person quit and had starving eggs that I was trying to help save. :/

@silverserpent - I think the only time it would be okay is if you put a dying rare on it. (Like for a user that left or has gone on hiatus) And to have a Frozen Onny egg is like being a god. You can pretty much get anything. 😋
