Damos then saw her daughter, "SILVER! You come here RIGHT now, young lady!" he shouted. Behind him was his mate, Amira.

Tristan placed a paw on her and they both faded into the shadow world.

"W-where are we?" Silver shouted, looking around in fear.

Tristan sighed in relief and transported them back.

"Wow. Thanks, Tristan. I owe you one." Silver said, before licking his face. "But I better go back home and wash myself. Or else my father will be mad." Silver sighed. "Plus, since his is the leader of our Pack, he already chose my mate." she sighed, before going into the forest.

Siver then cleared all odours of Tristan and mde her way back home. She apologized her father and family for scaring them.

Tristan's tail drooped as she walked away. He sighed and padded towards his den. He sat inside and gazed around.

The next day was the moment when Silver was going to get her first and last mate. His name was Aniro. He was a bit different from others, first, his fur was yellow, second, he had wings and third, he had horns. Silver was painted in many colors by female wolves. The ceremony was happening on a rock, on top on a hill.

Aniro was cowered in flowers and paint, he was smiling at Silver. As she approached him, her father started speaking words. Then, Silver cried. She tried to make it like if she was crying of joy, but that was not the case....

Tristan stood, a few tears coming down his face. He didn't sob, but you could tell he was extremely depressed.

"So, Aniro, do you accept that Silver shall be your mate?" Damos said, "Yes, I accept." Aniro replied, "And Silver, do you accept that Aniro shall be your mate?" Damos said. Silver thought a little, sure, Aniro seemed nice and all, but she did not even know him! She would rather spend time with who, Aniro or Tristan? If she chose Aniro, she might be happy, but Tristan would not. If she chose Tristan, she would be hated by her pack and Aniro.

"....Yes." Silver said, smiling. Then her and Aniro rubbed their muzzles. The rest of the wolves howled to the shining sun. Flowers were dancing everywhere as Silver and Aniro passed down the lane,

After the ceremony was done, Aniro went back to his new den he shared with Silver. It was night. "Aniro, I will go to the river, I will be back." she said, "Sure. Just be careful, ok?" Aniro replied.

Silver made her way to the river and saw Tristan, "Um. Tristan, i-it's me." she said.

Tristan turned. He could scent Aniro on her. "What do you want, Silver. I hope your ceremony was good."

"I just wanted to talk to you... And yes, the ceremony was good." Silver said, lowering her head. She took a pause before saying, "I have pups coming. In 2 months."
