Basically, you click other people's dragons and you get resources from your dragons daily. You're lucky, the 11th species is coming out soon 😊 I'm binshup on there: http://binshup.dragonadopters.com/

You click all the dragons on the person's account, and each unique click counts as 1 visit. Visits are needed to level up and leveling up gives you more resources daily.
