Set Holiday: CRW or Halloween/Cinco De Mayo(Day of the Dead).

Description: Elvivio is famous for painting the most vivid pictures. However it is rare to find and always travels to different towns seeking food. If you are lucky to spot one then your life shall forever by colorful(suck at descriptions)
