The rarity of creatures largely depend on who you are trading with and how valueable YOU or the person views te creature. The older te creature the rarer, that's a good general rule, I don't like to trust weighted rarity because it depends on how popular the creature is and what you are looking for. If you make a wishlist of the creatures you are seeking it'll help us with offering.
Cc creatures are generally worth more especially if they are older (the older the rarer rule).

I agree with stellalunagirls last post and would like to add that cute pets are generally worth more, because they're in higher demand. This is one of those factors which makes a pet more valuable, a Nym for example is worth more than it's rarity index seems to imply. And then we're not even talking about Tines & Onnies yet XD Cuteness and availability hugely affect value.

The rest are newer so for 500CC I think you should ask for more ^^

I am certainly still interested, but in which trade i am unsure. I currently have 1000 CC at my disposal and i am unsure if i should trade in two lots or all at once. I do like the looks of @rin 's offer, and i am looking for quantity, but of course not unfairly over the top. I will try and make a decision tonight, last night of work for a few days so ill be up late and have time to burn 😊
